In 2021, Food Entrepreneurship Academy was approached by a Food Entrepreneur from Sydney, who wanted to develop a powdered oat milk that comes in two variants: Mocha-flavoured and high-protein barista version. The client’s goal was to create a healthy and delicious plant-based milk alternative that would appeal to coffee lovers and health enthusiasts alike.

Our team at FEA worked closely with the client, helping them find reliable suppliers for the ingredients and providing expert guidance on the product development process. After several months of testing and refining the formula, we were able to create two amazing products that met the client’s requirements.

As the popularity of the product grew, the client worked with FEA to develop additional flavors and variations, including a chocolate-flavored variant and a mixed berry version.
